BEHIND THE VEIL REVIEW OF DESERT MONKEY'S 'WATER DAMAGE'.

'Last year Desert Monkey released their third CD so far with the title "Water Damage" and this album includes five tracks. The band has started to release their works in 2002 and each year they release a new CD, a thing that brings us to the release of "Water Damage" in 2004. The guys from Desert Monkey comes from England and they deliver heavy rock music, with elements from hard rock and metal music. The vocal parts sometimes are clean and sometimes are a little bit rocky. Definitely the music of this band is based on the guitars and the two guitarists made an exceptional work on this release. If you want to have a picture of their music in your mind, then decide whether you like bands like SOUNDGARDEN and KYUSS. If yes, then there is no reason why you shouldn’t like Desert Monkey’s music. Last but not least, I have to mention that the guys did a very good work on the production of this release and you are going to have the opportunity to hear their stuff clearly. A very promising thing. Check them out!' Rating 7.5/10
