'This music comes over really smooth, but also really heavy. I mean Desert Monkey sounds like Stoner, but the vocals make this music a little bit Alternative...hey...what the hell...I like it, cause somehow this music is a bastard out of these two genres and I tell you folks out there one thing...this stuff rocks really hard. Desert Monkey doesn´t sound like an English band...it sounds more American...a little bit like Valis with a little bit more Grunge and Desert in it. As I said before...I really dig the vocals which remind me a bit of Tool sometimes...all in all a really cool EP and defnetly a good investment. Get in touch with these guys.'
